I installed a block heater on my B7500. I had to remove the 1 inch threaded plug which takes a 17 mm allen size. I didn't have that size allen so I ground down a bolt to that size and had a 3/4 inch nut welded on to it. First thing I did was break the weld . I then bought the correct size...
