Hi Russell, I think it appears the fuel rack is frozen. No movement of either fork in the inspection window, when throttle is increased. The exposed linkage to the speed contol lever and associated double nutted bolt move with throttle movement. Yes my L245 has the same manual stop lever...

the green does not move (spring attached to green moves), yellow does not move, blue moves as well as the center bolt on blue. I suspect rhis is not right! What do you think?
