The bulbs I installed were these that I picked up on EBay. The LEDs definitely light things up much brighter than those halogen bulbs...

@McMXi, those instructions did the trick. Removing the entire light made it so much easier. Once I got the first bulb swapped out, doing the second one talk 1/4 of the time. Thanks again for your help.

Ah ha! I was wondering what that spring clip was for! I’ll give it another shot tomorrow. Worst case scenario is that I’ll remove the entire light if I have to in order to switch out the bulb. Thanks!

Actually, my question had more to do with removing the halogen lightbulb on headlights (on the hood) rather than the work lights that are installed on the cab.
