Looks like a setup similar to what you have. I bought it all as a set. But mine is 2502. Hitch is QH16. This is as far forward as i can tilt it without the hitch hitting the taillights when i raise it. Notice that the inside/forward blade doesn't touch the ground.

With the quickhitch on, if I level the box, then the hitch hits my taillights and busts them out. I have to pull the box that far forward to get it level. I just took the hitch off and now I Can level the box without hitting anything. It only took me about 5 minutes to get the box off the hitch...

Yes, the jam nut on the up/down adjustment bar. Needs a wrench, not a socket. I have vernier caliper, just not at the location the tractor is at. Large crescent, it is!

I found the nut size on the exploded diagram, but it said 30mm and that wrench was too small. With a tape measure, it appears to be close to 1-1/2". I am purchasing a single wrench for this, not part of a set, and want to get the correct size this time. Any idea what size that is?
