It appears to be starter relay located on ignition side. While taking off the motor turned over with key in off postion. Hopefully this is it have new relay ordered. Thanks for help and suggestions.

Well that didn't solve it. Not sure where to go from here.

My BX2380 starter keeps trying to engage after it is running. I took starter to repair shop and was told nothing wrong with it Test with test light and have very faint light compared to when switch is engaged to starter. It is on all the time at connection to starter . Wiggled wire nothing...
