How about a rubber mud flap for tractor trailer. Sliced to appropriate width, could probably get everything from one flap. Might have to be a 2pc when installed though. Or an old rubber truck bed mat.

Had similar issue a while back on my 3301, but no codes. Fuel tank outlet was plugged. Did have visible debris in fuel bowl.
