Kubota B9200, V1200 Injector Pump Leak

On this motor is it necessary to remove the valve cover to clean the breather? Could it be a simple as a Mud Dauber nesting in the end of what appears to be a down tube coming from the breather box? Interested in hearing any thoughts, Thanks - Carey

Kubota B9200, V1200 Injector Pump Leak

I believe its leaking from around the seam where the shims are. I degreased the area and it seems to be motor oil. I checked that the bolts holding the injector plate were tight. Will check the breather when I get a chance. Might not be until Monday. The tractors at my son's house. Can you tell...

Kubota B9200, V1200 Injector Pump Leak

The B9200 with a V1200 4 cylinder diesel, I recently aquired, has a leak around where the Injection Pump mounts to its housing. I know that the previous owner had swapped out the injection pump when the original one failed. Is there supposed to be a gasket or silicon where the shims are located...

    BF350 Wedge Bolt Pocket Reconstruction

Bump: Anyone able to help me out with this? Much Appreciated. I have a well worn B9200HST with a BF350 Loader that spent its live moving mulch and soil around a landscape yard. The Loader pockets in the frame and the arms of the loader were packed with decomposed organic material and being...

B9200 3-pt controls don't work after hydraulic oil change

Learned something... When the loader is disconnected, I must loop the supply line to the loader to the return port to supply the PB implements. Go figure. I have the B9200HST-DP WSM and this is not discussed. Found an Operator Manual online and I have yet to find anything that references this...

B9200 3-pt controls don't work after hydraulic oil change

Thanks for getting back to me, Dan. I have not had any of the lines to the outlet block disconnected but I did remove the loaded for servicing. Do I need to do anything with the lines disconnected from the loaded?

B9200 3-pt controls don't work after hydraulic oil change

I've recently aquired a Kubota B9200HST-DP and after changing the hydraulic fluid with acceptable oil, the 3-pt hydraulics no longer works. It did prior to the oil change. The tractor drives fine and the bucket works with no issues. The supply line to the 3-pt control valve gets warm but the...

    B9200HST 4WD Lever Stuck

I just bought the manual off e-bay and it wasn't obvious to me where to look. I didn't see much of anything that referenced the left side of the tractor, it seems like it just jumps right into transmission disassembly. I appreciate any feedback or docs, Thanks, -Carey

    B9200HST 4WD Lever Stuck

On this recently acquired B9200HST, I found the the 4wd engage lever is frozen stiff. I applied rust buster over a couple of weeks and finally just enough heat to be able to remove the lever to see if I could get more penetrate i there, no luck. I purchased a Kubota B9200HST WSM (97897-10131)...

    B9200HST 4WD Front Axel Swap

I would but both halves of the wheel up assembly are ruined from it being driven around with the bearings completely disintegrated by previous owner. the part you show from ebay has a hole punched in the casting next to where the lower bevel gear goes in. The upper casting that houses the...

    B9200HST 4WD Front Axel Swap

Hi All, I recently aquired a B9200HST 4WD that blew out the right front hub assembly, its not repairable, so I'm looking for used parts. I'm thinking that I might just swap out the whole front axel if the price is right. My Question... Can I use a front axle from a B8200HST or a B7200? What are...
