What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Great weather here in Ohio! I hooked up the bush hog and went into the woods to make some trails. Combination of the piranha toothbar and the bush hog made my 2601 a formidable trail blazer! On casualty was a flashing light. We'll see if all the tires are still holding air in the morning...

    Grasshopper with Kubota Diesel

Thanks for that advice. Will the breather tube normally have enough air to feel, or if I feel anything should be suspicious?

Gravity fed or elec pump diesel tank...

Just got caught up on this string. I've been thinking about getting a small 50gal +/- tank like this. put it on the truck every couple months and fill it up, etc. Question - Do I need to have the tank grounded to the truck when I'm filling it at the gas station? I know the permanently...

    Grasshopper with Kubota Diesel

I've got a 2003 Grasshopper 725A that is on it's last leg so I told my Kubota dealer (who also sells Grasshopper) to keep an eye out for any Diesel powered grasshoppers that come in on trade. I've been wanting a diesel mower so I can justify getting a small diesel fuel tank and not worry about...

Consider before purchasing 3pt fertilizer spreader

Agree with your logic scdeerslayer. That's why I titled the post "consider". I just wanted other hobby farmers like me to know that this option exists before going out and buying a spreader. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Consider before purchasing 3pt fertilizer spreader

Absolutely! I wouldn't want that thing following me down a hill! If I could even get it up the hill to start Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Consider before purchasing 3pt fertilizer spreader

I had been considering buying a 3pt spreader for some time now to use on my pasture and hayfield. After a fair amount of research I decided the land pride model with poly hopper and SS spreader was the way to go. Then I talked to my dealer and found out the price (ouch) and that it wasn't QH...

    B2650HSDC on Hills

I bet it's not much. My 2601 has a very high pucker factor on side hills (routinely lifting a back tire off ground) and I know you machine sits higher than mine. I'm considering wheel spacers to help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bucket hooks bolt on vs weld on

I would go with bolt on. Unless you are itching to grind/weld/grind/paint! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Forgot the picture! Wasn't sure if the 2601 could handle a "real" spreader, but I purred right along in medium gear 4wd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Fertilized the hayfield and drug the pasture with a tire drag I put together. Then it rained! Perfect timing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
