Probably not a ton of volume. Most grain farmers run north of 100 feet of boom. Hobby farmers tend to use a sprayer that's decades old or hire it out. There are probably places that rent them out as well.

What part of it is stuck? Are the splines rushed together or is the retaining button stuck?
