I just put a piece of clear fuel line on between the last filter and the injector pump. I can see excellent fuel flow. Also put a pressure gauge in that line. Very little pressure. Maybe a 1/4 lb. Haven’t found anything that says what it’s supposed to be yet.

Two thoughts: put a T in the fuel line after the last filter and hook up a pressure gauge. Anyone know about what it should read? next is check valve clearance. Any opinion about this?

Update: dash lights are not coming on at same time anymore. There is moisture behind the glass. I think it is an unrelated problem just coincidentally started at same time.

About 5. Give or take two or three minutes. Will do it sitting in the garage doing nothing. Might do it a little quicker pulling a trailer. RPM’s will drop from 2500 to about 1000 or less misses and shakes like mad. Shut it down for about 20 minutes and it’ll start back up and run

Checked harness, no chew spots or rub spots. It can be running 2500 rpm and start missing. Will drop under 1000 rpm and shake like mad, running on random cylinders. Shut it off and let it cool off for about 20 minutes it’ll start and run fine

My Bx25d can run for about 5 minutes and it acts like it’s running out of fuel. I’ve changed both fuel filters, always run treatment in it to take care of moisture. Checked voltage to pump. Doesn’t drop any. Other odd thing- the back lights on the dash come on when it does this and the idiot...
