    M7060 Bucket Hooks

What and where are people mounting bucket hooks on the LA1154 bucket? The lip looks like it would be a weak mount for hooks like Ken's... anyone have some tips on bucket hooks.. preferably bolt on. thanks

    M7060-LA1154 Stud broke

Thank guys.. yes, the weld is holding. That stud does not have much stress on it.. unless of course you are taking a sip of coffee while pulling up to your bucket with the mounts tilted too far down. I am just surprised it is not already drilled and tapped-that stud should be screwed in so it...

    M7060-LA1154 Stud broke

Thought I would update the answer as I just heard back from dealer mechanic. That stud is indeed formed into the plate and is not replaceable. The whole piece is right at a grand. Careful on letting those latch handles hit anything while they are raised.

It is the stud where the handle and 070 080 and 090 mount to in the picture above

    M7060-LA1154 Stud broke

I have an M7060 with a LA1154 loader. While connecting my bucket I broke the stud off holding the quick attach latch. Its the pivot point on the latch, it has the spring and two nuts on the stud for adjustment. Question, is this stud removable? I have broke three easyouts, welded washers...

    M7060 pops out of gear

thankfully. I found the problem. One of my hydraulic lines, I believe from my third function, loosened and turned down in front of the linkage. I turned it back up and tightened the fitting, and put a zip tie to hold the line up in case it loosens again. Alls well now.

    M7060 pops out of gear

Thank you all.. no, I have not tried it in 6th gear, but will this weekend. It is pretty violent when it pops out under load.. I will check all the linkages. I will also download a WSM and check the specs. I hope that is the cause.. if not, it is still under warranty. Thanks to all.

    M7060 pops out of gear

Have any of you m60 series owners had any experience with your tractor popping out of gear? Mine is a 20 M7060. It pops out, from time to time, of 2nd gear only. It has popped out both forward and reverse, under load and not. Any idea what to check? The tractor has 130ish hours and is the 8...

    Grapple

Just the way it is designed with the braces and the way the lines are ran in the C channel. it can be done, but will require cutting and welding a few braces and channels. but, that may be the only option.

    Grapple

It works fine on the tractor, hooked up in the middle. The hoses are 3/8 to the cylinders.. and maybe 1/2 to on the main lines to the tractor. I wouldnt be too concerned about it if it didnt tweak the top rake so much.. and it may never hurt anything.. but it sure looks like it will tear...

    Grapple

That was my thinking as well.. the lid is all one piece, but it flexes, left side moves up faster when opening, almost dragging the right side up, and closes faster when closing, almost pushing the right side down. The left ram is getting much more flow because i have the main line basically...

    Grapple

But yes, the main lines go to the very left of the grapple, as opposed to the middle.. and it splits and goes straight to the left ram and all the way over to the right. i wouldnt think it would matter... but it surely does... i guess the left ram is getting most of the flow and the right is...

    Grapple

The hoses are plumbed correctly, however, yes, the left ram is getting a headstart. I can tell it because it is tweaking the top rake when it opens and closes. Those top parts flex... and it flexes a lot. If i barely move the rocker control, it opens level.. so i may be able to put a...
