    F2100e radiator

Hi, does anybody know what the 3rd radiator hose does on my F2100e mowers radiator? It is at the bottom, with the drain tap, and connects back to the engine. It is a smaller diameter hose than the two main hoses. I have attached a photo of one for sale on ebay. You can see the 3rd hose at the...

    Kubota F2100E Hydrostatic

What I cant get my head around is this - These two images show the pipes entering and leaving the oil cooler. The only pipe listed as "suction" in the book is pipe 140 and this pipe has a strainer on it. This makes me think oil is sucked out of the reservoir at this point, fed through the oil...

    Kubota F2100E Hydrostatic

I decided to take the hydraulic pump off. You can see the inout shaft is quite worn. Does this look bad enough to reduce the pumps output? and possibly contribute to the issues I have listed above? Its a 30 year old mower so im trying to decide how much I should spend on it vs getting a new one.

    Kubota F2100E Hydrostatic

no, I have checked them for leaks they seem ok and the screen is clean. The reason I asked is because google mentioned this - If one side of your tractor's oil cooler pipe is hot while the other is not, it could indicate a problem with the oil flow or the cooler itself, potentially a blockage...

    Kubota F2100E Hydrostatic

when the tractor is hot there is a huge difference in temperatures in the oil pipes on either side of the oil cooler. In the image below, pipe 010 is cool to touch, whilst the pipe on the other side of the oil cooler (not shown) is really hot. Is this normal? or could I possibly have a...

    Kubota F2100E Hydrostatic

Hi, My old F2100E 2wd mower's hydrostatic transmission is starting to struggle. After the machine warms up and has done some work like climbing a few hills, the mower really slows down in both forward and reverse. Leaving it a few minutes, for the hydraulic oil to cool a bit, often brings it...

    F2100 mower thermostat

Hi, I noticed today that an old F2100 mower that I own does not have a thermostat. It could have been removed many years ago, I have owned the machine almost 2 years now. I have read many conflicting views on whether no thermostat will reduce cooling capacity. In my instance, I live in the...

    B7100 HST-D charging

but wouldnt the voltage from the dyno feeding 30ish V AC into the regulator be enough to start the regulator?

    B7100 HST-D charging

It actually hasn't had a battery for about a year, Ive just been using my small lithium 12v jump starter to run it. It has two wires, im pretty sure its an older B7100.

    B7100 HST-D charging

Hello, I have just tested the voltage from my battery leads whilst the tractor is running, without a battery connected and I got about 1.2V at full RPM. I tested the Dyno wires and I got the correct voltage in AC (I think up to 30V). I assume that I should be getting 12v feeding back to the...

yes sorry. Pipe realigned, new, longer bit of flexible fuel hose over the top, new hose clamps.
