I think what you are looking for are called flare nut wrenches used on fuel lines, brake lines, etc.

Will the price drop anytime soon? Not from the manufacture side. Yet, as it was pointed out, right place right time and you can get a deal. I think these types of deals will become more common as people have to re-evaluate what they need and what they can let go of to make bills.
