I got it! Back tabs first then a floor jack to lift the front bracket into place. Not quite as designed but I can live with it! (for now)

Thanks! L481 has six contact points, two hook like points just below two pins on the back and a bar that's "tube like" with two pins that attached to the front just below the grill where the battery sits on the tractor. That was my thought when I unhooked the FEL, just drive back up to it...

HI! First time poster, long time reader. I recently purchased a L3010 with a L481 loader. Decided to remove the loader to shorten the overall length while cutting grass. Last night I spent hours trying to get the 4 pin points lined up. I can get the front two just below the battery connected...
