yes the 3940 is a 2008 so it shouldn't need have any of the new emissions trash. less than 500 hours. Comes with loader, 6' bushhog, 6' tiller, seeder, and auger. $17,500 I see it is no longer made, so I was looking for a comparison to what may have taken its place.

what's the difference between these two. I would be looking to get one for bush hogging, tilling, chopping, and maintaining a 1300 acre (mostly woods) hunting club.

Found It. The loading Kit # that i need is woods part # 111761. Local stealership wants $3,050!! Anyone know of any driections they can point me in to maybe find one off a busted tractor, loader, or a better parts retailer?

Need mounting brackets I have a kubota L2900 4x4. Struck a great deal on a Woods 1009 Loader. The brackets that mount to the tractor must have came from a bigger tractor. They have the numbers 1006490 stamped on them. What brackets are needed for the kubota L2900 to mount a Woods 1009...

Add says 80% tread life yet.

Looks like I would be giving up 2inches on the front tires and 2.2 inches on the rear. This to much of a drop? That's just from looking at the overall diameter off some of the tire sites.

Wheels are from a new holland td33d and will be going on a kubota l2900 anyone know if the will fit? The tires are not exact size. The original Kubota are 7.2-16 front 12.4-24 rear. The New Hollands are 7-14 front and 11.2-24 rear. Will that hurt anything changing the size like that?

Its leaking hydraulic oil. Coming out in front by the shaft going to 4 wheel drive. I bought the spacer kit Kubota put out to fix this issue but found out from the original owner that he tried to fix it with the spacer kit but had no luck. He did say he never fully finished putting it back...
