New owner looking for advice/info L345DT

Looks like your Left front tire is mounted backwards. Another advice is to get ballast weight to help keep weight on rear tires especially when doing loader work. You can either get ballast boxes, cement weights, or fill your rear tires with rimguard. Varying opinions on how much weight you need...

L355-SS Position Control Lever no resistance

Thanks for the help. I was able to tighten the tension nut to get proper resistance, them tighten jamnut. The lever now holds in any position i want it to be set at and won't fall with vibration like it did before.

L355-SS Position Control Lever no resistance

@TheOldHokie That is pretty much how I have been using it but I was confused by the way the manual was describing it. Mostly skidding logs so I will be using the position control for that. Thanks

L355-SS Position Control Lever no resistance

Thanks @North Idaho Wolfman . I was just about to go out and see if that nut would put more tension on it, then we were suppose to get some rain so decided to wait till tomorrow. I will report back. Do you happen to know how the draft control and position control levers are suppose to work in...

L355-SS Position Control Lever no resistance

Hi all, My L355-SS Position control lever has no resistance and falls as soon as you let the lever go. 3 Point hitch operates fine. Is there an adjustment that I need to make to put some resistance on that lever so it does not just fall down to lower position? Thanks in Advance.

Halifax Nova Scotia Dealership - Re-stocking fee

@Snave I used to work for a independent John Deere dealer as a parts advisor. We had a 20% restocking fee on all special order items, and no return fee on electronics. While the employee should have told you this up front, you will run into this issue regardless of 'manufacturer of tractor.'...

    Kubota B3200 with Curtis cab

Probably going to have a hard time unless you find someone parting out a cab. Here is the installation and parts manual for that cab. At the end of the manual they will have the part numbers listed for it. Find a local Curtis Dealer and call them to get price. I bet it will be around $1000 for...

    Coolant flush or drain/fill?

@Andyr9981 I would suggest flushing if you are changing coolant types/manufacturers, or if you do not know what is currently in there. Otherwise if you have had tractor since new and are using Kubota recommended coolant I would think you would be ok just doing a drain in fill after 2 years. I...

@Trash Panda I was thinking the same. I watch a lot of motorcycle crash videos like dandanthefireman and usually there is at least 1 prius every new video compilation. Glad you are ok. Are you having insurance get involved? If so probably need to get a shop to go through it and make sure there...
