Update on the squishy FEL control for whatever its worth. The dealer had told me that as the warranty for the FEL was good for only one year and as I've had it now about a year and three months then the dealership would not be able to work on that problem under warranty. Thanks to Daren Todd...

I need some help again here guys. I learned this morning from my Kubota dealer that the FEL on my BX1870 only has a one-year warranty; hence they will not be able to fix the "squishy" loader control lever issue (the actual tractor is still under warranty but not the FEL w/hydraulic control)...

Thankee cerlawson. You were the one that helped me out when my fuel filter got gummed up. I suspect you may be right and that it is a broken spring. The BX is still under warranty though I don't relish the thought of trailering it there and then having to wait however long before they get it...

I used the same type grease I've been using for the last year on the finish mower. It's not the grease, nor the finish mower, as the blades on the mower turn freely. In other words, there is no binding at all on the blade spindles. Thanks for your suggestion though. Ben Rich
