Well I will guessg with some confidence :) If thats an ORB fitting as it appears the o-ring is a 900 series. #906 for a -06 fitting... -

Looks like it need a new o-ring. Failing at 10 hours, probably just didn’t seat quite right when installed. Possible operator error? No.

There are mutiple Third function kits the dealer could have used. So to say the O-ring used would be a real guess on anyone's part...
