I'm not sure what a rockshaft is, but the two drawbars on the 3-pt hitch lift up and down as designed. I ahve cycled the lever back/forth/up/down for about 10 minutes straight without success. I can get it the bucket to move about 1" back and forth and that's it.

No, I don't believe it does. I do know that it isn't equipped for a belly mower and the only place to hook up a spinning implement is in back. Does that help?

Vic, The 3-point hitch issue was hydraulic and is working now. Thanks!!! The bigger issue is still the PTO lever jumping out of the engaged position and the force is so great it can't be tied down or even held with my foot. It stays engaged and spins fine with no implement, but is knocking...

Well, I finally had the money and found an ag guy to work on my L2650. I bought a dual clutch off ebay and had him put it in and ... it didn't work. The PTO lever still jumps out of the 540 RPM position back to neutral with a light knocking sound when the PTO is engaged. Worse, now the hitch...

L2650 - It has a sight-glass by the clutch pedal with a HIGH and a LOW mark to see if the hydraulic fluid is at the proper level. There is a filler hole right in front of the seat to adjust this level. So what is the purpose of having another filler hole above the PTO? Aren't they tied...
