Warranty should cover it. Did you run over something, jam something in that area? Maybe your dealer didn’t check everything out like they were supposed to.. let them fix it.

I bought a SB1051, which is I think 51 inches wide. My 1880 is 48 inches wide. Works good. Surprised your tractor is slimmer than the 1880. Make sure you verify weight for your 3 point.

Check your local Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. I found mine on CL. Used once, sat for 2 years because he didn’t like it. Practically brand new. A little more than half off from new. Got lucky. Just find one a little wider than your tractor. Don’t think brand will make much difference. Good...

Have learned to back off the throttle when I start spinning. Even back up a little, then move on.
