Ole lady wanted a roast for tonight's dinner. So yesterday I'm roaming through Kroger and right next to the roasts they had a pre smoked and seasoned pork shoulder looking thing. 2.1lbs for 10 bucks! Grabbed 2 of them and gave them the normal roast treatment. Came out pretty dang good!
