Well that was stupid , or it feels that way. Messing around with it again I thought to myself odd the only neutral safety is on the right side and there isnt one on the left. Turns out it has popped out of the holder and was dangling where I couldn't see it That made a difference :D

Put a test light on the solenoid small wire terminals; no light when I turn the key. Battery terminal on the solenoid tested fine. Put an ohm meter on the neutral safety switch , it responded. Same for fuse labeled starter. The two terminals where the click comes from is actually more under...
