Well my right rear axle seal unseated and slid out on the axle a bit - enough to dump the fluid. About a 17 y/o B2630HSD. Been a great machine, but your problem could be a variety of things. Just need to examine it. Good luck! Mod Add, look here...

Well the vent looked open, so I'm not sure. I did clean it really good with brake parts cleaner, applied green loctite and I'm letting it set for a day or so. Got the $100 in kubota hydraulic fluid waiting, so we'll see. Thank you for the advice!
