Sealed bearings are the way to go. Friction bearings used to be the only ones you'd find on a disc due to their durability, but now the sealed bearings are just as rugged and a lot less maintenance. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

It has been my experience, that as long as you don't have a lot of tall grass or long vines - using the tiller will be ok. If there are tall grass or vines, then you will spend more time cleaning out the tines than it would to use a disc first to chop it up. I personally like to use a turning...

I use Sta-bil in all of my small engines - weed eater, lawnmower, chainsaw, generator and ect. Helps with cranking and keeps it smooth running. I highly recommend it - especially when storing equipment. Never used it in an automobile though.

I pull a 6-1/2 disc behind my L2800 - I have to use 4wd as well - but I don't have any problems. I don't think you will have any with that disc.
