    Fuel issues?

So the more I look into it I don’t have to tear the whole pump out to fix the stop lever do I? I just have to get the fuel rack out?

    Fuel issues?

Well tractor is still down. Finally got the time to get it in the shop and look into again. I think I caused more harm then good the last time I looked at it. I thought I narrowed down to a sticky delivery valve and had the stupid bright idea to tear into the pump. I only got the top off about...

    Fuel issues?

I was cracking the valve on the injector side a bunch. Didn’t really crack or take off the lines at the pump but a couple of times. I made there the delivery valves did not move bc I made that mistake a few years ago.

    Fuel issues?

Ok so I’m back on here a year later. Got 60 hours on the rebuild and now have issues with engine missing. I believe it’s a fuel issue. Sometimes it even has the fuel knock. I cracked injector lines twice and it cleared up for a few hours. But now that’s not working. I narrowed it down to one...

M9000 trouble. A whole lot deeper then I ever thought.

Haha, I don’t live right in Scranton. I just used that because it’s the closet bigger city to me so people would know what area I am from. I live 40 min north of Scranton around Elk Mountain.

    PTO play

So I looked up the parts diagram and it shows 2 bearing along with a lock nut. So maybe the nut backed off a bit?

    PTO play

Ok. I ran over to check a friend of mines tractor the same as mine and his doesn’t move at all. So thought for sure something was wrong with mine. The seal may be weeping a little, I’ll clean it up a bit better and run it and keep a close eye out. Thanks for the info.

    PTO play

I noticed my PTO has some slope in it. It moves in and out about a 1/2”. There is no side to side play just back and forth. A bearing inside that may have gone bad?

M9000 trouble. A whole lot deeper then I ever thought.

Well that guy I talked to that rebuilt motor was wrong. I just looked at my buddy’s tractor which is the same as mine and his hoses have a plug. He was draining the system and the book told him to drain it from those hoses. That plug is there so you can do radiator and block separate. Now I have...
