Had some trouble getting my little tractor started. Finally figured out the PTO needed jiggling and lifted the field mower. Did some loader work and pulled back into the garage -- now the field mower won't drop back down. Any suggestions?

I was mowing my field around the house when the fuel level got a little low. I pulled up to the garage and killed the motor and filled it up. When I went to restart, it wouldn't turn over. I have checked the seat shut-off and it appears to be working I weigh 220 lbs so that shouldn't be an...
