Man that's the value of the machine. Whew!

    T2380

Awesome job wolfman! You pulled a rabbit out of your hat. However I can't seem to find an engine to match that info either.

    T2380

Will do! I'll also need to pickup an inexpensive air compressor as I don't have one of those either. Be a good excuse to get one or an air tank. :D

    T2380

On that thought Tom he did mention pulling the valve cover and said they weren't stick open. I'm with your thinking, it could be something other than the rings. I also don't have a tool to perform a leak down test.

    T2380

Just so I'm clear and I've never done it before, I'm guessing I need to measure the length as well as diameter? Also would the exact model number be helpful to anyone in finding what type of engine it would take?

    T2380

I was hoping to make sure before I bought it that I could find a replacement so I would see what I was up against. According to Kohler here: http://www.kohlerenginesparts.com/PartStream/Index#/s/KOH/sv720//2/ there were only two engines produced in the Kohler Courage V-Twin family and the...

    T2380

Went to check out the machine this afternoon. I know without a shadow of a doubt that this model carries the Kohler Courage V-Twin SV720 engine. Hopefully that will help you find tech notes or what type of engine I can replace it with. I should've mentioned some things like... it has just...

    T2380

Need some advice ASAP. Looking to buy a T2380. Everything is in good working order except for the heart. According to the owner it's lower on compression on one cylinder. Again the owner says it needs a ring job. Talking with some local small engine repair places this is something I can...

    Repaint?

Been sometime since I've heard from you.... How are things going? If you're like me, you've been busy mowing the grass. I don't know about you, but my grass is right back to where I started in about 4 days time. I'm not sure how I feel about the mulching blades. I'm personally a fan of better...

    Repaint?

Nice.... Those are really inexpensive! For the money I'm definitely gonna pick up those rear lights. I didn't even think about just wiring them to the headlights currently. I'm not worried since their LED's about wiring them in and overloading anything. That will save me from having to change...

    Repaint?

I really appreciate that! The more I do to it the more I'm in love :) If you know what I mean!? I really like the light setups too! I can't beleive that strobe is a 2 D battery model. I thought surely it was wired. That really makes me want to get one of those and create a bracket like you. I...

    Repaint?

Placed some labels as well for the dash, brake, and PTO. You can see that next to the Reverse Implement Warning light this label wasn't cooperating so I took it off completely and gonna get another. Got some shots of the tractor all put together

    Repaint?

Give it a name and a badge! The actual T2080 stickers are $17.80 a pop! Not in a hurry to get those. Meanwhile I've also added some new labels for the controls. I'll add those pictures later. Next on my list.... is to change the filter and transmission fluid. Not sure when/if that's...

    Repaint?

I appreciate the other product mention. I think the Plastic Adhesion Promoter I got was the right one.... I just don't think I either applied it right or I didn't apply the orange paint right. Regardless it's looking like new now.... Better than new!
