I would check the Hydraulic Pressure going to the cylinder. A previous owner may have increased the Pump Pressure beyond the Pins capability.
Also see if you can determine if the Cylinder has been replaced.
It too may have been replaced with a bigger one.
I would 'very strongly' recommend removing that extra heavy duty D Ring on the front of your Tractor.
The serious problem is the pulling point of the D Ring is waaaayyy above the centre line of the front tires.

D-15 Ser.II, 14.9 X 26. Does Kubota not offer the 'Power Shift' rear wheel Rim similar to the Allis.

One thing I have learned when plowing a gravel driveway or other area.
Never plow from a gravel area to a grassy / mowed / lawn area.
You'll regret it in the Spring when you have to rake all of that gravel out of the grass.
Not sure if it was mentioned - but also could have been a health issue suddenly occurred with the TLB driver.
Tractor was in 2 wheel drive and kept going until the rear wheels were in space - and no traction.
