Took a little long for me to reply but personally I wouldn't have loaded tires especially if mowing was my primary use. I don't mow with mine but yes a bit less air would help. You probably have worked out a partial solution by now or are getting used to it?

Do you mean the guard or just the filter. If your talking filter I bought my filter from Amazon since I broke it on a Saturday and I didn't know if Kubota had them in stock which they did and half the price. It is a Kubota brand either way though Amazon does sell knock off's.

I received a B2601 in September and I also am not happy with the treadle especially the reverse pressure part. I would say it's the biggest negative of my tractor so I kinda have to take that complaint with a grain of salt. I will be interested in hearing if anyone solves the issue.

I just got a new b2601 and I noticed that it squeaked up front by the loader a couple of times out of many when I was doing some loader work. The hydraulic arms seemed really hot too. I used to have an old b1550 that I don't ever remember that happening to. Any thoughts if this is normal?
