oki doki, so in worst case will have to swap some parts from the old engine to the replacement engine ( fuel line elements, cylinder head cover, intake and exhaust manifold ... )

those parts are ok, I'm more worried about the internal parts, will they hold the extra power due to the turbo or not

well, in parts catalogue I've found, they are different, but not the same engine version... so may be an explanation ?

Hi Fellas, We have a V1505-T engine with cracked head cylinder and one cylinder liner is cracked as well. In europe, we can find more easily a V1505 than a V1505-T , my question is : are they similar ( I believe that yes ), is it just a matter of turbo and we are done ? on both engine block...

It's my thought as well, but what would cause / explain that the pump doesn't have enought suction to go through the final filter ? Yip I have the primer valve, purge done several times, with the same result.

well today, have changed the prefilter, just in case but nothing changed. Have disconnected the return line that goes into the injection pump, and surprise no flow from it once the engine start, but have flow when using the feeding pump .... have started to dismantle injector lines, but been...

Yip exactly, by-passing the filter, the engine runs great. but not sure that it's isolated to the filter, will explain in the nex message

yip the donor runs fine ! all hoses are new, except the one from filter to injection pump, as it works fin when by-passing the filter, didn't change it, but will do tomorrow.

all filters are new Will try this setting and see what happens, but have some kind of doubt, I've try a setting with : fuel tank - prefilter - feeding pump - 2nd prefilter ( with no flow direction ) - injection pump , and engine will stall It's acting like engine will work with the fuel...

stupid question, does the lift pump work once the engine is running ? I believe it runs only to start the engine, than the injection pump is in charge of fuel supply, or I'm wrong ?

Lift pump replaced with a new one that have on stock. Have tried with disconnecting the shutt off solenoid, as there is safety switches for oil pressure / engine temp / hydraulic oil temp : engine will dies Have changed pre-filter, fuel filter, air filter, hydraulic filter, check hydraulic oil...

Thanks for the advice, have checked the housing, used air to be sure it's clean, still have the same problem even with two different housings.
