    Big Jeff, I just solved the problem with my tractor, that might be the same for yours. Behind the ignition panel on left hand side, there is a switch located toward the bottom of the shift lever. This switch can prevent starting if it has gone bad or is out of adjustment it has a springy lever...

    I have the same issue with my L3450 and have done all the same checks as Big Jeff. My thoughts were on a ground wire, but don't know where the ignition and dash are grounded at.
