    Kubota l245 seat suspension

Where are you located? I have been exactly in your situation. The original 245 seat had two springs that were notorious for breaking. The springs are available but are pricy as I remember. Most people just took the broken springs off and replaced them with one or two tennis balls. I switched...

    Pretty discouraged please suggest something.

Took a while but did the compression test. 290, 300, and 310 psi. I haven’t opened the exhaust yet. Could that cause my problems? The suddenness of how that all of this started is in the back of my mind.

Progress but still discouraged . I ordered three new injectors from Oregon Injectors. Top to bottom I have followed everyone advice. New fuel and air filters, new injectors. Cleaned and flushed all fuel lines and tank. Brand new Fuel can, new fuel in that can into my tank. I am not trying to be...

    Exploded view fuel injector L245

It was not my intention to disassemble the injectors. I took your advice to pull one injector at a time and connect to a injection line and observe the spay paternities towards a piece of cardboard. Very pleased with the result on that first one. Trying to get the other two loose proved to be...

    Exploded view fuel injector L245

Can anyone tell me where or even have an exploded view of the fuel injector for a Kubota L245dt? I have taken my three injectors apart and cleaned and now have a concern for the parts orientation for reassembly. Below the spring is a top hat piece with a longer end that I was sure inserted...

    L245DT Starting and running

Did you ultimately take out and clean the injectors? That’s where I am now. One came out fairly easily. One acts like its welding. The third I unscrewed the top without the bottom coming at the same time. Hope I can get the parts clean and reassembled today.

I am not stupid but sure feel that way right now. I have a old but in very good condition, 1450 hours, barn kept, a L245DT, that out of the blue decided to give me grief. Apparently the problem is fuel delivery and I worried it might be the injector pump. Now I am less sure. The issue is the...

    L245 Injector Pump

I am not sure I know that I have to rebuild or replace my injector pump but can someone suggest where to start? Where can I send my pump to have it rebuilt and how much (ball park) should that cost?

    L245 sudden dying problem

Thanks for replying. But engine off fuel flows freely out the fitting into the injector pump. What ever is going on starts at the injector pump. Can you help me diagnose the injector pump? Added info: The tractor will start right up. With the overflow return line disconnected from the tank...

    L245 sudden dying problem

My post will be similar to one by Lenny. Same tractor. However, my problem started after having filled the tank with clean fresh fuel and running perfectly normal for 1/2 hour or so. Out of the blue the engine started slowing down and running rough. Not at all like running out of fuel which I...
