ZD1211 Thumbs up or Down?

While shopping the ads for a ZD326 - - I have come across several ZD1211's which appear to be the same machine only newer....

I need someone more knowledgeable than me to clear up my confusion.

Not sure about that. I can only attest to the quality and features of the ZD1211.
