Don't limit yourself to just the la301. Pretty much any loader from b1700 b2100 b2400 b7300 b7400 b7500 b7510 b2410 etc will fit. Maybe a few very minor modifications

Very iffy, as you obviously know.
Maybe a 2 year+ search,..... if you are lucky!

Buy a used tractor with loader and tires you want it will be cheaper and easier
yep... been searching every day, all the tractors out there, like on cl's ?, are small tires, no clearance at all. not to mention they want dealer prices for them !..lol. i have alot of time and cash into this ole girl, very happy with it. i don't want a large tractor either, a copact tractor is perfect for what and where i use mine.

Yes it will. La351 came on the b2400 which is identical to your b2100 just more hp. That's what I have on both my b2400. Great loaders
well...crap..sell me one of the loaders !..lol. i called tractor house, supposedly, the guy that i spoke too is searching for a loader for me..doubt he finds one ?..they do tractor salvage, every pic looked at on their page, he said they were all sold..lol.

will a fel from a b2710, has a LA401 on it, work for my b2100 ?. only thing that worries me is the buckets ( going by specs ) has a 6ft bucket...i don't think my b2100 can handle a 6ft bucket ?.

La401 wouldn't be a direct bolt on loader. You'd have to do some fabrication to make it work. And yes a 6' bucket could be a bit much for a 2100 depending on what your doing with it

The proper used loader is always very difficult to find.

yeppers, i agree, but..i did know this going in when i started this search !..lol. i'm not in a hurry for it.
I bought a Ford 3400 (industrial TL) that also had a 10' Ford BH, previously.
It had been a cemetery use hoe, but they bought a new tractor, and kept the hoe.
I put out a request to the local (large) Ford dealer for a hoe.
Eighteen months later, they came up with a used Ford hoe.
I bought it, .....and considered myself lucky.

I think that a used OEM loader for your tractor may be even more difficult to find.
Nobody, takes a loader off their tractor, to sell both the tractor, and loader, separately.

most likely you are very correct !, but..i also have ran across a few b2100's where the transmission was shot !. this alone tells me, if someone out there that does not want to fix the tranny like i did in mine, chances are..they will sell either the whole tractor with the fel on it ?, or..part it out ?. it never hurts to look.
