What brand Rotella for L3400 HST

I think I made a mistake and put in Mobil 1 10w30 standard engine oil, fortunately I only ran it a coulple minutes to check the level.

What flavor Rotella DIESEL should I get?

Mobil one 10w30 standard will not hurt your tractor. It's specs far exceed anything a naturally aspirated ( non-turbo) diesel engine would require.

I'm no oil expert, but I disagree enough to say that I would get that oil out of there, fast. Gasoline engine oils may hold up, but their chemical characteristics will harm certain parts unique to a diesel engine. If it were mine, I wouldn't risk my engine for the cost of an oil change. I'd drain it and put a diesel rated oil in there.
As to the original question, I also use Rotella T 15W-40, dino oil.

Mobil one is not a "gasoline" only engine oil. It has a "cf" rating, more than adequate for a L3400. But you can use whatever oil helps you sleep at night!

That I will.
Mobil 1's site says that their Mobil 1 10W-30 is for gasoline engines.

I had promised myself before that I wouldn't get into any oil discussions on this forum so I'll let this go! Oil and fuel additive discussions are like discussing religion, everyone has their own opinion and by gum! they're sticking to it! ( NO religion discussed here either!!!!

If you go to this mobil 1 site:

and click on the different oils it tells you if they are for gas and/or diesel engines. It looks like most are for both. The high milage types I looked at said gas. Most look like they are for both.
