Used 2013 BX25D, how'd i do?

I've been keeping an eye on the used market for a while as my JD X500 isn't cutting it for what I want to do.

I stumbled upon a 2013 BX25D with 24 hours on it, and 54" fine cut deck and picked it up for $14,800 this past weekend. Haven't had much time to play with it yet, but have all sorts of projects planned. Piranha bar is scheduled for delivery today.

I was really waiting for a B21TLB to pop up or a B26 but couldn't pass this one up. How'd i do?

I would say that you paid 2/3 of the cost of a new one!!!! :D 24 hours aint broken in yet!

Toothbar will be worth it's weight in gold too!!!

I think you could sell it back 2 years from now and not lose much!!!!!:eek:

I hope you have had a chance to cut WITHOUT the toothbar, so you can truly see the difference that it does make. Only one drawback, it bites really well, you will understand when you get a little too much edge pointed down! :D

Haven't cut with the BX without the bar, but back in the day I ran a B7800 with and without so I think it's similar., Also spent a lot of time on a B21TLB without, and a Case 580SK that tore right thru everything ;)
