Good for you. So many people forget to take pictures to show what they have actually done. It reminds you to never do it again! :)

I am on my third year of a major renovation of a property ravaged by neglect and poor construction practices. At the end of almost every day, I would document the days progress however meager. The results have been better than we had hoped for. Looking at the before pics actually makes me ill. But, I am glad I have those images. I look forward to following yours.

Start us out with a history of how you acquired the property and lots of before pics.

Wow, devastating indeed. But I see one plus- judging by the waterline trench, at least the digging is easy. My place is a nightmare for my small hoe.

Are you sure you didn't mean "this is where I want my sub terainian tractor storage", I think your going to need need some, drainage, cloth and a whole lot of rock for a new driveway! :rolleyes::p;)
