Suspension seat base

The seat base for my L4330 needs to be replaced in the near future. Looking online at the direct replacement part, all I can find are parts in the $650 range. I would love to find a compatible part for much cheaper than that. Anyone know where I can find a good, cost effective replacement?

Thank you. I contacted them, and though they have seat/base combos that I believe will work, I only want to replace my base (my seat is in good shape). Anyone else have an idea for a replacement base?

Not too long ago I scored a seat on ebay that came with the suspension. Since I was only in need of the actual seat, I think I stashed the suspension mechanism somewhere in the shop but I do not recall what machine it came from. Get some bolt measurements together and I will see if I can dig it out and see if it matches. Pretty sure we could come up with a fair deal if it is the right one.

If he doesn't need / want it I would like to throw my hat in the ring for it, I'm in need of one, and really don't care about bolt patterns.

This is what I have. Not really sure what Kubota it was originally for, but I used the seat on my L4240 with a little modification and this has been in the shop ever since. Will have to look into shipping estimates but I might throw it on ebay at a crazy low starting price if there is that much need for one.

Why would you sell it on eBay when some of the great folks on this forum are interested? If you have a tractor problem or question on any subject this is the best group of people to ask. Of course it's your choice, I'm just sayin

Because there are two people here that want it (maybe even more) and I want to be fair to each of them. Cutting it in two is not really an option. How would you propose giving them both a chance to get only one item?

Offer it to the first one that showed an interest. If he declines go to number two, just a number two mentioned. Can't get much simpler than that.
