Rear 3pt lift is not working

OK still working on this.

First, I took off the top again and blew air through the valve. The o-rings look good, but I do not know how to bench test. I could tell from blowing in all 4 holes one is the TO line(only blew air one way) and the other is the return (blows from either hole).

The linkage (top of the first pic) looks good from what I can tell. They do work individually, meaning I can lift the 3ph lever and the rod side does not move.

I did clean the screen, it was pretty dirty. When I reassembled it all, still nothing. I pull up on the handle and the rod side does not work.

I took some pics of the inside.

Looking at the piston, there appears to be items 10, 20 and 30 (2 orings an the piston hydr.) I am not seeing this on mine. Should the inside of the with the hydraulic rod look like this at the end?

The o-rings will be in a grove in the piston and you have to remove the piston to see them.
And yes that's what the back of the piston looks like.
