Hi Guys, First post here. I have a "new to me" 2660. I bought the HF QH and a ballast box but the 3 point doesn't go down low enough for me to pick it up. I loosened the grey turn buckle on the RT side but it only made that side come down so it was crooked. Any help would be so great. I just don't to mess anything up

This is my first time ever with a tractor.

You might have to stow the balast box on a block and change the toplink to a tuning fork link.

You may end up having to sit it on something. A lot of guys sit their implements on dollies. Harbor Freight sells them cheap for like $10. You will then have the added bonus of being able to move it around.

I have see some that have bolted caster wheels directly to the bottom of the ballast box. ;)

Although I don't have a Quick hitch I had the same problem with a three point snow blower and a ballast box. I replaced the solid link with another adjustable one. I found it online for about $25. Solved the problem!

My ballast box will not reach the ground with the 3PH all the way down. When I take it off, I set it on two pallets. I usually set all of my implements in pallets so that they are moved around more easily.

You guys rock! Especially for those of us that lack "hands on" field experience. Thanks
