I'm not shure what the oil capacity is !!! A sign on my engine block says 3,9 L.
But here in the forum is a site with 3,4 L oil.
And my dipstick says 3,9 is far too mutch.

can you help me ?

thanks

I would go with the amount stamped on your engine. If the dipstick on you tractor is like the one on my B7100 it is possible for the rubber stopper part that fits the hole in the block to get moved along the dipstick. Make sure it is tight on the dipstick.

Here's what I'm doing:

1. Bought a new, correct dipstick for my engine.
2. Manage to the full mark on my dipstick.

I don't even know how many litres or quarts it is -----------------

I just changed all the fluids in my B6100 D, and as for oil - well I used almost 4 litres. I guess 3.9 was a good match in my case. So, I would agree with kubotasan and trust the stamped value. To verify I think bruceatlam has a good approach. The difference of 1/2 liter is not a major problem in my view.

I had a similar problem when my B7100 dipstick stopper came loose.
Trouble is you can only estimate how much old oil is still remaining in the engine when you drain it. Maybe up to 300ml.

If your new dipstick is definitely the right one then go by what it reads.
