Need Rear Axle Housing: Equivelant to L245?

Cracked the rear axle housing. Told it's an equivalent to an L245, but the rear axle housing for the L245 is not correct. Is there a N. American model that will have the correct rear axle housing?

Where should I be looking for engine and tractor serial numbers?

Your going to need to give us some more information!
First what tractor are you trying to fix?
The tractor serial #'s location vary depending on the model, look on the sides where your feet sit, that is the most common location.

8T492 is by the foot rest and K2 40824 I believe is on the engine. Will that help?

There is no model number on the hood. Says "Kubota diesel"
