my mini escavator is only pulling on one track the other wont work i put a new drive motor on still dont work what can be the problem

This may sound dumb but I've seen it happen. Have you checked the linkage from the pedal to the valve? If that's good you may have a bad or loose relief valve on the main valve body.

if i put my bucket in the ground and plow and lift it up push the leaver ahead it will spin very very slow but if i push bucket open the same time the track will fly around

Sounds like you're by-passing fluid. I would bet it's a stuck relief valve.

Not sure how Kubota has their's laid out. We worked on a Komatsu mini x this summer and the relief valve were bolted to the outside of the main valve body.

the valve body has little cylinders built on the out side of it as i can see about 1 inch round

I wish I could help you more but I have never had to work on a Kubota trackhoe before. I know that hyd problems can drive you crazy though.
