Am I asking to much? Can it be done, moving a conversation about an idea I'm sharing with another member, to the fabrication forum?

I'm thinking the moving of the chat session is not possible, and I'll have to start a new topic....or copy/paste.

Can you “copy and paste” into a new thread the portion of the discussion you find important?

(and VERY IMPORTANT….. does the other participant(s) in the conversation agree for you to make-public their comments…?

Copy and past it would be the best way if both parties to the conversation are in agreement.

I can, yes, but would rather not....lol.

As for the other participant in the conversation, I invited @Mrlunchbox into it, I strongly doubt he will have a problem with my doing so.

He did get tagged.

You will have to copy and paste, there is no way to directly move it.

I assumed that would be the case, due to privacy.
Yes PM's are out of my zone of influence unless you include me in the conversation.
Which you can do if you like, then I should be able to move content.

Well, that could have been an option...lol.

Too late, I already copied/pasted and cleaned it up.

It's posted in the Fabrication forum.
