Where should I begin troubleshooting my blower not working? It has a 4 position switch: off, 1, 2, 3 and the a/c button on the switch that when pushed activates the compressor. The a/c button still illuminates when pushed but no fan when I turn the switch.

As with any repair like this the WSM will be of great help to you as it has the Wiring diagram, and normally the troubleshooting directions. ;)

That system looks like it uses some complex controls, there is what they are calling an "amplifier" I believe its a control for the whole system.
Not something that I would try and mess with without the WSM for help.

What exact model M8200 do you have and I should be able to tell you the proper WSM to get.

Glovelis,

Did you resolve this issue?
Not Yet! Yesterday I put 12v straight to fan blower and it worked. However, I did notice that my headlights will not come on and my blinkers aren't working either. I can hear the blinkers "clicking" but no lights. Now those two issues could be due to low voltage on my battery, I let it charge over night and will check when I get home.

The battery is 100% and the headlights and blinkers won’t work. Could the a/c blower and lights/blinkers not working be related?

Yes, they're all electrical and don't work, so there is power or ground missing to all of them, pull and test each individual fuse, check harness connectors, perhaps a second fuse block on that model, ground connections at battery, fusible links at battery.

Glovelis,

There are two locations for fuses - one in your cab and the other is at the front of the tractor near the radiator. I know earlier in this thread you posted that you checked the fuses but wanted to confirm that they were checked at both locations.

As previously noted,

check the slow blow fuses near the battery, here is a manual for a model of your tractor, free download, covers M6800, M6800s, M82000, M9000, last part of electrical has cabin wiring diagrams.
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1069659/Kubota-M6800s.html
NIW, different part number, 9Y011-18008, grab it for you cache if you don't have it.
This diagnostic chart is from the WSM 100td recommended
