M7060 electrical connector issue

During a post trip inspection of my M7060 I noticed a connector labeled B 12 GDM was hanging by its wiring harness. After reconnecting to the solenoid valve I have my 3rd function again I am just unsure how it stays attached?

There is a screw down the guts of the connector to hold it in place, looks like it's ripped out the threaded tag from the base. Remove the screw and tag and get a cable tie and secure it in place.
