While prepping the subframe I managed to find all the grease fittings except the one underlined in red. The 20Hrs line points to the plastic/nylon rotating cover and I don't see any fittings - do I need to remove that cover somehow to find another fitting? Thanks for any assistance.

That is where the two halves of the driveshaft go together. You have to remove the driveshaft, then remove the end covers and pull the entire assembly apart. The video below will explain how to do this service. It is time-consuming but should be done periodically.

Thank you! That is definitely a time-consuming requirement that is not explained in the manual. On the tractor chore list now!
