I was moving some dirt today and noticed some oil on the concrete drive. I crawled underneath and saw that it was coming from the front axles where the steering pivot is. There was no fluids leaking from the engine and the engine oil level was full. I have 52 hours and bought it in 2015 so there is no warranty. What does this sound like and what kind of repair cost might I be looking at. I am taking it in for the 50 hour service next week and plan on getting it fixed.

Outboard planetaries are really not complex to repair. Most likely a seal.

Could be as simple as it building up pressure in the axle housing.

My L3000 did that back in 09 on a job I was working on. I ordered a vent kit for it and it's never leaked again.
