Hey Guys,

I just noticed on my new B2650 the dealer put on a QH05 Quick Hitch. Right on the Hitch it says "For Sub Compact Tractors" Is this too light for my B2650???
Sure looks lighter than the one I got with my B2650. I think the question might be more is it too light for the implements you plan to use? Did you get a manual with it that lists the specs?

I would make them put on the next size up with the adjustable top hook.

Will it work... well sort of.
Will your B2650 break it, probably not.
Did your dealer cheap out and put the cheapest brand name model on your tractor, you bet they did!

The issue really come down to what will it attach to.
The QH05 is limited in the implements that it will attach to, as it has a fixed top link, and lower frame height,it will be fine if you buy all new equipment that is designed for a sub compact QH.
A much better version of Landpride QH is the QH15, full frame and adjustable top hook. ;)

If your paying for it, save yourself a ton and go to Harbor freight and buy a generic one, I've used them for years and never had one fail!

Thanks everyone. I knew what I was getting (QH05), but it’s probably my own fault for not researching it better. I’ll use it like I normally would and see what happens. If it breaks I’ll upgrade.

Since the Wolfman brought it up, Harbor FRIEGHT has their Cat 1 QH for $79
I can't get my HF to work with my Land Pride rotary cutter. My cutter is quick hitch compatible but the HF hitch doesn't want to play nice with it.
