Hey guys just noticed today on the loader, where my hydraulic piston attaches at the top where the pin passes through looks a little unusual. I took a measurement and it is flared out a little more than the right side. Left 2 3/4" Right 2 5/8". Should this be cause for worry the tractor is still under warranty and knowing my luck shell brake the day after its out!!

Its more likly than not it has been that way since day one and you didn't notice it. There are no side loads on the base of that ram and the pin is fixed in place with that keeper bolt.
IMHO it will be fine, but if you are going to lose sleep over it then by all means take it by the dealer and let them look at it.
I'm not being critical of you but in general there are some folks that work there self up into a tizzy over nothing.

I agree. Thats why Im on here, so I can gain knowledge from people who grew up on a tractor, or who just know more about the topic than I do. Im pretty new into the tractor world, just trying to make sure Im not going to have an issue with it. Thanks for your reply.

Obviously poor manufacturing process but nothing that will affect the operation of the loader. Purely cosmetic but annoying just the same.

Just by looking at the pic it appears the base of the ram is wider than the loader frame/arm is so therefore it would require the mount for the ram to be flared out enough for it to fit. Maybe a trip to the dealer and look at another tractor the same model as yours and see if the other one is made the same way.
